Shipping and Return policy

For Web products, no shipping is required.

For IT products, shipping is usually provided for Hardware by the hardware vendor.
If on site visit is required by the subscriber, sometimes the technician will bring needed supplies such as wiring, connectors, switches, routers or servers, however it is always the subscriber's responsibility to supply needed equipment.

For Hardware bought at our store, shipping will be done by USPS Priority Flat rate for orders under 70 pounds.  Over 70 and under 150 pounds will be shipped UPS ground.  Over 150 will be shipped freight and it is the buyers responsibility to arrange freight shipping and pick up of items.  Large orders made up of separate smaller items can be broken up and shipped UPS in multiple packages even if they are over 150 pounds total.

There is a limited 30 day no questions asked return for new items as long as the items are returned within 30 days of shipment in new and unopened condition.  Items are returned in opened packaging will be subject to a 25% restocking fee as long as they are in new, working condition and returned within the 30 days.  Items returned broken or abused will not be re-imbursed.
Shipping cost to and from the customer's location is the customer's responsibility.
New Items may be under manufacturor's waranty, in which case these items should be RMA to the manufacturor to be repaired or replaced.  Items manufactured by langlois Internet, such as cabling, rack accessories can be retured if defective by creating an RMA at our help site.
